Whitney Houston fans can practically overdose on this generous DVD that contains all of her best-loved videos and a healthy sampling of television appearances. The images are all full-frame standard 1.33:1, as they were for the original videos. The soundtrack was recorded in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles and the English soundtrack is not closed-captioned. The television spots include Houston's very first televised performance (from 1985). Extra features include lyrics, interviews with Houston and Arista president Clive Davis, and a behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoot for the Greatest Hits album cover.
I already had speakers on the house, but wanted two for the pool area and these worked out great... the sound quality is great and no need to blast them...
CD is great... not much of a jazz person, but I've enjoyed listening to it... nice surprise to hear something different from Tina Turner... her voice is very diversed... she should consider a jazzish song on her next cd...
Wasn't a Santana fan until today... just bought the cd for the new version of The Game of Love by Tina Turner... totally awesome... (can't wait to hear her version of Edith & The Kingpin on H.Hancock - Rivers)... but this is a awesome cd and will be added to my party selection cds...
