The product charged up for the first time as described in the manual and I got a lot of use out of the first charge. When attempting to re-charge, it isn't taking a charge at all after more than 24 hours of attempted charging. Not happy. We'll see how Lenmar handles the warranty.

I have DISH network with two TVs hooked up. I like to replace one TV with a ROKU TV.

It shouldn't. Roku is just one of many features of this TV that can be utilized when needed or wanted. I also have Dish and consider my new Roku TV set a new welcome addition to my overall TV enjoyment.

No. Roku is just an additional feature of this TV set that can be utilized when wanted.
