The refrigerator is great. Removal of the old refrigerator and installation of the new one was handled without problems. The sales person said that connecting the ice maker to our reverse osmosis water supply would not be a problem. "We do it all the time." The first contractor sent to do the installation did not know how to make the connection. After a one week delay the contractor sent a second crew who proceeded to connect the icemaker water line to the city water supply and claiming it was connected to the reverse osmosis supply.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
