CONNECTION PROBLEM

I HAVE CONNECTED ONE END TO MY DIRECT TV DVR RECEIVER AND THE OTHER END TO MY BOSE 321 SYSTEM AND DO NOT GET ANY SOUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

Assuming you have correctly connected the cable, then you probably have a faulty cable. Return it for a new one. It has a lifetime warranty. Optical cables of any brand sometimes arrive DOA.
