First phone that was shipped to me by Best Buy (not in stock in store) had to be returned because it wouldn't let me answer calls. Still have a problem getting bars and dropping calls with replacement. Virgin Mobile says it is because of where I live, yet I always got 4 bars with previous cell phone. So I got a new phone with better battery life but worse reception and less memory. This phone may still be returned if it drops more calls.
