I've really enjoyed this phone over the past few weeks that I've had it, although I had to exchange the first one I received 6 days after activation. It was a defective unit and the phone was showing as being overheated when it wasn't hot. It ended up just working for emergency calls and you couldn't unlock it. Also, when I would charge the phone, the battery level would stay the same.
I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one on the spot and activated it for me. I haven't had any issues with the new one. It works as advertised, overall a really good phone.

This new remote feels great and has more features than the ps3 version. It has a built in speaker and a plug for a headset. The share button is pretty cool and let's you record 15 minutes of gameplay and take screenshots. The only drawback is that it has an led that lights up a different color for each player, but it's always on and it gets kind of annoying when you're in a dark room because it reflects off of the screen. Other than that, it's great.

After purchasing a new tv, I upgraded our connections to the bluray player to insure 1080p quality. Very easy to setup and my smart tv automatically recognized the bluray player, turns it on when the input is selected and off when the tv is turned off. It also allows the player to be controlled with the tv's remote.

I had been looking for a good LED tv that would showcase the graphics on my recently purchased PS4 and after some research I decided to go with this 50" vizio. I was specifically looking for something with 1080p, high contrast, and refresh rate of at least 120 (although 240hz isn't necessary for 2D or gameplay, it's nice to know this tv has it in case it's needed down the road). This tv had everything I was looking for plus 3D (8pairs of glasses included), internet connection, and apps. At 799, there wasn't another tv that would come close to it on features and price. The closest I found to have nearly all these features was a Samsung, but cost about 500 more. I ended up waiting to see if it would be on sale for Black Friday and it was! A good deal got even better and I was able to lock it down for 599 and it came with free delivery and installation.
I immediately tried out a Netflix 3D cartoon to test it out and the quality was great! The content looked just like 3D at the movie theater, minus the 13 bucks per ticket. Next was trying out the PS4 with Call of Duty Ghosts and NBA 2K14, the image quality was amazing! There was no juttering on action scenes and it was really clear. I could keep going on the picture quality, but I think you can see by now that I'm very pleased with this purchase. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The sound quality is ok, but I hooked it up to our surround sound to get a better experience. If you're getting this tv, you might want to invest a surround system or at least in a soundbar. You could probably get both for a lower price than a competing tv alone.
The only thing I would caution about is if you're placing it in a highly lit room. This tv's screen reflects less than a plasma but more than an LCD and you could get glare if there are windows or lamps across the room from it. Other than that, it's perfect.

Everything you need in a console

I received my PS4 a week ago and have played it very little, but what I've seen so far is great. I tried out COD Ghosts and NBA2K14 and the graphics are awesome. I haven't compared side by side with my PS3 or Xbox360, but 2k14 looks amazing and gameplay is very smooth. I can't wait to see what Watchdogs, Infamous and Killzone are gonna look like! The response time on Netflix is also very fast with no delays on playback so far. The system switches much quicker from Netflix to the main menu and back to a game than the PS3. Although 3d blu-rays can't be played on it yet, it looks like a patch may be in the works to allow it. 3-D games are supposed to be available as well.
The new dualshock controller is easy to use and the share button is great to grab screenshots and it can even publish the previous 15 minutes of gameplay to Facebook or twitter. I'm not really into that, but I did capture a few screenshots of just to see how it worked and they turned out well. A nice feature they added is that you can charge your controllers when it's on standby.
Overall it looks like it's a very good buy and would definitely recommend it.
