Enjoy rich, dynamic sound with this VIZIO S4221W-C4 2.1-channel soundbar system, which includes a 6" wireless active subwoofer for powerful audio across a wide spectrum. Bluetooth technology lets you stream music wirelessly.
The volume on my TV will go down randomly when connected to the sound dock.

You may have to switch the input on the sound bar remote. Your TV can output sound from a few different modes on the sound bar. For example switching from "AUX" to "Optical In" may fix the problem. This also depends on what type of cable you are running to your television.
