Hello, I'm trying to set up my Xbox one X with this TV to do 4k gaming, but the Xbox is saying that it's not 4k and the TV also won't let me go to 4k settings. How do I resolve this?

go into settings and make sure the HDMI inputs are set to enhanced and you are using HDMI 2 or 3 ONLY. Also, make sure to update firmware if you have not already done so.
