Another Great Speaker from Bose

I believe that when it comes to speakers, Bose is definitely on the top. They make some of the best sounding and high quality speakers on the market. I personally own a few of them and the SoundLink Flex is just another great speaker from Bose.
I will start off talking about the sound quality since it is a speaker. The speaker is a midsize speaker. It is not the smallest but also not the largest on the market. However, that does not stop it from packing a large sound. This speaker gets extremely loud but also does not sacrifice quality. Even with it on the highest volume the sound still sounds extremely crisp. It does an amazing job of balancing the base, treble and overall sound. I prefer the sound of Bose speakers over anything else.
Next we will talk about the design of the speaker. As previously mentioned, this is not the smallest speaker. Although it is decently portable it is pretty hefty. You could put it in a backpack however if you are worried about weight I would definitely think twice. Part of the reason it is heavy is because it is made out of a high quality metal and silicone material which is a fair trade off. These materials make this speaker feel extremely high quality but also offer great durability which means you do not have to worry about beating it up. The speaker has two position it can either be laid on its back or standing straight up. It uses USB-C to charge which I was glad to see since that is becoming the new standard. It also has a loop on the end which you can throw a carabiner through and hook it to a bag or a molly strap system. This speaker is waterproof which allows you to take it just about anywhere such as to the pool or the beach.
The battery life is more than enough in my opinion. I think it is rated at 12 hours and it seemed to last this long or longer in my testing. When you turn on the speaker it tells you how much battery percentage is left which I believe is convenient so you know if you need to charge it before use or not. There is also the Bose connect app which you can connect the speaker and there are more setting you are able to adjust within the app.
This has become one of my new favorite Bluetooth speakers it is a good size, sounds amazing, and its decently portable. I would highly recommend this speaker to anyone who is looking at a mid size Bluetooth speaker that has superior sound quality, premium build quality, and durability/waterproof.

Must Have for iPhone 12/13

Wireless charging has been around for a while now but magnetic wireless charging for iPhones is new within the last couple years. One of the two downsides to normal wireless chargers is that you cannot use your phone in bed while it’s charging, and because if you do know get it on there right then it will not charge. This charger fixes both of those issues because it magnets exactly to the right spot it needs to charger and stays connected so you can actually use your phone while it’s connected.
The design of this charger is very sleek and well built. It is made of a very nice aluminum. One of my favorite things is that it has fabric on the side that connects to your phone which helps prevent scratches, especially if you don’t use a case. The chord is a decent length which allows you to easily use it while lying in bed for example. As far as how fast it charges I believe it is on par with most other wireless chargers and I do not really have any complaints.
I believe this is a great quality and value if you like the comparable Apple one and do not want to spend the money. I’d prefer to buy this over the Apple one anyway. Anker makes extremely high quality products and stands behind them. I would highly recommend this cord to anyone looking for a wireless charger for there iPhone.

Awesome upgrade over previous models

I would consider DJI to be the top of the line when it comes to consumer gimbals. They have so many different models of gimbals now that they have been able to refine the craft and make some of the best and most affordable professional quality gimbals on the consumer market.
Last year I reviewed the OM 4 and was very displeased with it for one main reason and it was the way it connected to your smart phone. This year the OM 5 I believe may have fixed this issue for both gimbals. The issue before was that the cell phone clamp did not work well if you had a larger phone with a case. Although the clamp looks very similar to last year it seems to be changed just enough where I had no issues with it working on my phone.
The design of the OM 5 has been slimmed down a lot. I believe this will be a very welcome change especially for people with smaller hands. It also makes it easier to put inside of a smaller bag. Overall it just takes up less space. One of my favorite features is that it now includes an extension and the best part it is all built in and when it is put away you are not even able to tell that it extends. This will be great for getting selfies or other hard to reach pictures/video.
One thing that I love about the OM 5 is that everything you need to get started is included in the box. It comes with a mini tripod, the phone mount, and a small carrying case. This is everything you need to take your basic videos to next level cinemograph as a content creator.
With advancements in phone cameras you know longer need to run around with an expensive camera rig to get quality content. With the addition of the OM 5 you and your phone you can create high quality stabilized video that can easily be shared to social media.
The OM 5 is such an affordable gimbal and it is extremely easy to use with almost any phone. When paired with the DJI Mimo app it has even more smart features such as active track. This is one of my favorites because you can record videos of yourself and get movement as if someone else was operating the camera because it will follow you around.
I would highly recommend this to just about anyone who would like to make better videos with their phone. It is a useful tool for a content creator with a ton of experience or someone who is brand new to shooting videos. When it comes to cell phone gimbals there is nothing else quite like it on the market.

Awesome Smart Blood Pressure Monitor

Tracking your health should be everyone's top priority. Tracking blood pressure specifically is super simple and a good way to make sure you are staying healthy. This Beurer monitor is a simple, easy, compact, and smart monitor.
It is very compact and even comes with a small carrying case. This means it can easily be stored in a drawer or could even be put inside a small bag. It also has a very simple design with only two buttons on the entire thing. It goes on your wrist and a few seconds after turning it on it starts to take your blood pressure. The only downside to its simplicity is that it was somewhat hard to set it up for the fist time using only the two buttons.
Possibly one of my favorite features is that it has Bluetooth connection. This allows you to store all of your readings within the app. The app also has Apple health integration which opens up many other possibilities for tracking health and vitals.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes keeping track of their health. Its good for anyone of any age. It has two different user profiles which I wish it had more but that is not to say you cannot use it on more than two people.

Must have if you dislike vacuuming

Shark is one of the leaders in vacuums. They make high quality vacuums that last forever. Robot vacuums are becoming more and more popular. Prior to getting this vacuum I was using another robot vacuum from a different manufacture that was a few years older. There has definitely been many improvements.
One of the biggest downfalls to robot vacuums is that most of them do not have a large tank and therefore you would have to empty it after every use. This Shark fixes that problem by self emptying into a canister on the docking station. It can keep up with your vacuuming for much longer before you have to empty the base station.
This vacuum is also full of tech and very intuitive. It has a smartphone app that you can connect to and set up all the settings such as cadence and other things. It will map out your house to know exactly where it should be vacuuming.
Robot vacuums are perfect for anyone who does not like to vacuum or has trouble vacuuming. You can set the schedule for when it vacuums and then you can basically forget about it and let it do the work. It is a lot quieter than a regular vacuum and will keep your house clean with no effort.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to keep there house clean and does not have time or does not like to vacuum. Once you set it up in the app you do not have to think about it again until it needs to be emptied. With the included base station that it self empty's into you do not have to think about that very often either.

Very fun electric moped!!

I have rode many gas mopeds before and they are always a ton of fun. Currently there are not many electric mopeds on the market but the idea is exciting. I believe electric vehicles are the future but one of the biggest downfalls currently is long charge times and low range. The SWFT Maxx moped hopes to bring the same great experience of gas moped in electric form with even more fun to offer.
Unboxing
The package this moped came in is rather large. However, it was super easy to unbox and with two people it can easily be moved. The total weight in the box is just over 200 pounds. The only one negative thing I have to say is that I had an extremely hard time figuring out how to open the seat. The instructions, charger, and mirrors ship inside the seat. I was able to contact the customer service team and they instructed me to just turn the key to the left and it pops the seat. The instructions it come with do not tell you how to open the seat either. Contacting customer service was easy and they responded quickly with accurate instructions. I believe they could have included a better owners manual with it. Other than that it was super simple to unbox. The only thing I had to do was put the mirrors on it and take off the packaging materials.
Features
Unlike many gas mopeds this has many great features. It has a built in kill switch which I believe makes it harder to still. It comes with 2 sets of laser cut keys, key fobs and has an alarm system. It has a cup holder, grocery bag hook, and USB to charge your phone. It also has a built in steering lock. I believe many of these convenience and security features make this one of the most advanced and secure mopeds ever built. This moped has an odometer, day time running lights, headlight, high beam, turn signals, brake lights, and any other feature of a regular moped.It has a bright LED digital display with digital speedometer. It also has built in pegs for a second rider although I would say this would only work if it is two smaller riders.
Range
The Maxx is rated for 37-38 mile range. Honestly I believe this is an extremely good range. This is not meant to be a vehicle that goes extremely far but with that range you could ride it around town and never run out of battery. Another great thing is that it can fully charge within 10 hours. This might seem like a long time but if you put in on the charge overnight it will be ready to go in the morning. The top speed is rated at 20 MPH which also does not seem like a whole lot but it zips around with no problem. I was extremely impressed with how fast it accelerates and it feels like it is going much faster than 20 mph.
Usability
This moped is a lot of fun to ride. It makes you want to get out of the house and go on an adventure. Compared to other electric scooter, mopeds, and bikes I have ridden I have never had as much fun as I do on the Maxx. I believe the reason it is so fun is because it has a long range which makes the fun last longer, It has a top speed of 20 mph which is faster than others. It also feels like it accelerates much faster, much faster than a gas moped. The Maxx also offers convenience. It has a storage under the seat and a hook for groceries. This is something you can zip down to the grocery store when you need to pick up a few things. It is way more fun to ride than getting in your car and driving to the store. Since this is an electric vehicle there is little to no maintenance which is a huge bonus. Really the biggest thing you have to maintain are the tires and brakes.
Conclusion
Overall, the Maxx moped is very enjoyable and fun to ride. I believe it is good for just about anyone. It is super easy to ride and with the ranger and speed it has you can take it anywhere around town. I think this would be a great vehicle for a college student or someone with a short commute to work. It has so much technology built into it to make sure it is easy to secure but just as easy to get on and be having a blast. It is so simple and easy to ride that I believe anyone of any legal age can ride it with little learning curve. The lightweight and quick acceleration make this moped very fun to ride around town all day long. I would highly recommend this moped.

Must have for content creators

One of the most important things to a content creator besides sound it light. Good lightning can make or break a video even if the content is good. In order to hold the attention of the viewer lighting is extremely important.
Unfortunately, lighting is not always the best in certain places which is why it is necessary to have your own additional lighting. Big lighting sets can be very expensive and not easy to carry around. Sometimes as a content creator you want to create videos on the run and not carry around a lot of unnecessary extras.
That is where something like this on camera RBG light comes in handy. It is extremely compact and light weight. it can easily be thrown into a camera back or backpack and is ready to use when needed. It is made from a lightweight aluminum material which is both durable and light.
Some of my favorite features include a small screen on the back which gives you a lot of information. It has a battery indicator but also tells you how many hours are left based off the current settings. The settings are limitless. It has warm and cool temps ranging from 3200K-5600K. It also has RBG lighting which can add some cool colored effects to pictures or video. I have used these in a studio before and the end product is awesome.
The battery life is amazing on this device and it will last hours which is more than enough. One cool feature is that is can also be used as a built in power bank to power anything such as your phone or camera via USB. With a built in 4000 mah battery it is plenty to give you a little juice on the run.
Overall, this is a high quality product that I believe any photographer or videographer should have in their bag. It is so small and easy to use but it can change your content in a great way.

M.2 SSD storage is becoming the gold standard for SSDs. In the last few years the speeds of these drives have continued to rise. Specifically, with the launch of PCI-4 the speeds of these drives are crazy fast. The WD Black drive in my testing was not running quite as fast as it is capable of. I was seeing speeds up to 3000 mbps. However, I believe these speeds are plenty fast. Currently I am using this drive as a secondary drive in my gaming PC to run games off of. I believe 512gb is on the smaller side of drives but it is plenty to either run as your main drive with OS on it or as a secondary drive. This drive is also on the list of compatible drives for PS5 but currently the software is locked and will not allow an extra drive. I am running Warzone off of this drive and it allows it to run buttery smooth with the fast speeds. The fast speeds also allow for extremely fast data transfer. I would highly recommend this drive for PC gaming.

Great collaboration between AMD and HP

Portable gaming always gets me excited. Gaming on big PC’s and consoles is great but it makes it hard to go mobile. Gaming laptops have not always been able to keep up and give you the same gaming experience. I was excited to test this gaming PC out and see how it compares to others.
Design:
The design of the laptop is great although there are a few things that I believe could be improved. This laptop is made from mostly plastic, but it feels extremely premium. The 16 in screen is large and makes gaming on the run a lot better. This is on the large screen sizes of laptops, but it does not feel that way. HP has done an amazing job at making this laptop thin and lightweight. I have never seen a laptop with a built in RBG keyboard and I honestly am a huge fan. The ability to change the coloring and pattern is a welcomed feature. They keyboard has great feedback and key travel. It is easy and comfortable to type on. The trackpad is on the larger side which is welcomed. It provides very precise swipes and clicks.
This laptop is equipped with a bang and Olufsen sound system and it is great. Not many people use laptop speakers but it sure is nice to have them when you want them. If you are watching a movie or simply just videos on YouTube the speakers provide a loud, projecting, and overall great sound.
This computer has been designed with cooling in mind. It has large vents all around it along with on the bottom of the laptop for heat to escape. I was playing call of duty for several hours and to my surprise it was warm but not burning hot like previous gaming laptops I have used. HP has done a great job with the ventilation system to keep the CPU and other component cool under stress.
There are a few features I wish this laptop had but overall, they do not take away from the experience. The first is the keyboard is missing is a 10 key number pad. To me in a laptop this large it should have one, but it is not the biggest deal. The next is I wish it had facial recognition or fingerprint reader to make logging in easier. Again, these are not deal breakers, but they would have been nice additions.
Ports:
As laptops become thinner and more portable many have also lost ports. That is one thing this laptop is not lacking. It has every port you could imagine or need. It includes 3 standard USB ports along with a new generation USB-C port. Two important ports for gaming are an ethernet and HDMI port which are also both included. It even has an SD card reader slot. I love that HP included both new and old ports so that you can use any peripherals you would like and future proof it.
Performance:
Obviously, anyone buying this laptop is mainly worried about how it performs for gaming. This laptop is outfitted with AMD CPU and dedicated GPU. On paper the GPU is an extremely high-performance CPU and the GPU is decent for gaming. I am more familiar to Intel CPUS and NVIDIA GPUS and the AMD dashboard in my opinion is not as user friendly. At the time of this review I was not able to figure out how to switch between dedicated graphics and built in graphics. When I am running a game, I like to be able to know for sure that I am running off the dedicated graphics card.
The main game I play is Call of duty. While playing Warzone I was getting about 90-120 frames per second gameplay. I believe this is above average for a gaming laptop and I was impressed. The 144ghz refresh rate also allows for buttery smooth game play. Overall, I was impressed with how well the graphics and gameplay looked on the beautiful display.
HP includes the Omen Gaming HUB which I was impressed with although I did have a few times where it would crash on me and the only fix was restarting the entire laptop. It only crashed after adjusting FAN speeds which was unfortunate. Inside the gaming HUB you can monitor things such as GPU and CPU temperatures. You can adjust fan speeds and you can even customize the RBG keyboard within this HUB.
AMD has done a decent job of power consumption allowing for good battery life. Battery life will ultimately depend on what you are doing. Heavy gaming is going to drain the battery a lot faster. However, I do not worry a lot about that since I usually game while plugged in. My bigger concern is how long it last just for normal use. Although it is hard to say right now it will last for at minimum 5-6 hours from normal use which I think is decent for a laptop primarily made for gaming.
Upgradability:
This is one of my biggest issues with this laptop. Most people who game want to be able to upgrade their computer because technology advances so fast that in order to keep up with the latest games being able to upgrade your computer is important. Right out of the box I opened the laptop to see how easily the components could be upgraded. There are about 8 screws on the bottom which were easy to remove. However, getting the bottom plate off was not easy at all. After finally getting the bottom off I was a little disappointed that there was no slot for a 2.5in SSD/HD slot. On the bright side there were 2 M.2 SSD slots and the ram is also easily upgradable. I immediately put in an additional M.2 SSD to store games and other things on. After getting the bottom removed installation was extremely easy.
The hardware that comes in this laptop is great off the shelf. The 1TB drive is a decent amount of storage to store many games along with any other programs. The drive itself in my tests was running at 2000+ mbps. I wish the Ram was 32 gb but it can be easily replaced. The take a way is that the RAM and SSD that are in it are plenty for most people to get started and can upgrade in the future.
Conclusion:
I think HP and AMD have made a great affordable machine with plenty of power. Right out of the box this laptop comes with great specs and hardware. It can handle any game that I tried playing on it. My favorite thing is how great the build quality is and how portable it is. I think this is a great laptop to get into PC gaming especially for someone that does not want to custom build a PC and would rather buy it ready to go. This laptop is also capable of handling many other things such as everyday work or photo/video editing. For a gaming laptop the battery life is decent but for a laptop it is not great which is expected. If you are not going to do gaming, it might be a little overkill but either way it is an amazing machine.

Decent scooter with a few quirks

I have rode many different electric scooters and they are always so fun. I was super excited to receive the Hover 1 and put it through the paces to see how it stacks up against other electric scooters.
I would like to start off talking about build quality. The first thing is the color. The iridescent color makes it stand out in a crowd and definitely gets people looking. I personally think the color looks awesome. Only thing to beware is that it is a finger print magnet but you can only tell if you look up close. One thing that I really like is that this can easily hold a full size adult but it is on the lighter and compact side. This comes in handy if you plan to commute with it, carry it, or simply kick like a regular scooter. It also folds easily and has a latch to hold it all together. When you take it out of the box you have to put on the handle bars. This is my first major gripe about the scooter. Since they twist on clockwise there were a few time that while holding onto them they twisted lose.
Next I would like to talk about handling. The scooter has two ride modes and in the faster one it tops out at 15 mph. 15mph is on the slower side but it is plenty fast. The only issue is that the scooter only does 15 mph in ideal conditions. It must be a flat or down hill surface, and battery must be charged up. With two bars still left on the battery meter I was only able to get about 10 mph. The scooter also accelerates on the slow side. It can take quite a bit of time to get up to the 15 mph top speed from a stand still. For being such a light weight scooter the ride is not bad. It has plenty of room to stand on it and even going over smaller bumps is not bad at all. It has two types of brakes. One is using the motor to brake which works great unless you are on a large hill. It will slow you down but not really bring you to a fast stop. However, the brake on the back tire works great too. The last thing is hills or even small inclines. It does not like them at all. A smaller hill it will slow down to about 4-5 mph if you are lucky. But most hills I was not able to make it up without pushing.
I would like to discuss is the technology. I would say it is not very advance in this front. I could not find any app for connecting the scooter which was kind of a disappointment. The screen on the scooter doesn’t offer a whole lot of information besides speed, mode, if the headlight is on, and cruise control. One thing that disappointed me was that the speedometer would top out. In the slower mode it topped out at 9-10 mph even going down a hill at a much faster speed. Same with the faster mode the Speedo would not show over 15mph even when going faster down hill. The addition of a front headlight and rear brake light worked well. The headlight is not the brightest but it definitely works and at least allows others to see you in the dark. I was surprised that this scooter had cruise control. The only downside is that activating it can be kind of tough and since you have to use the throttle to activate i could never get it to activate at full speed.
Last thing i will mention is range and charging. Range is on the low side but i seemed to get the rated 6-7 mile range which i would say is decent. The only thing is that when the battery started to get on the lower side the top speed decreased significantly. Charging takes 5+ hours which i think is normal for scooters but I also feel like it is on the slower side since the range is so short.
Unfortunately, this scooter did not impress me all that much. It is not that bad but it is also not that great. I wanted to use it for commuting around the city too and from work but with short range, lower speeds, and very slow acceleration it is hard to recommend. However, for just having fun a round your neighborhood or for teenagers i still think it might be worth the buy since it is on the cheaper end of electric scooters.

What is Windows 10 in S mode?
S mode is a mode that only allows you to download programs from the Microsoft store. However, many commonly used programs can be downloaded. You can also switch out of S Mode into the regular windows 10 Home with no limitations.

This only has 1 hdmi input? So I can’t hook up my Apple TV n my PlayStation thru the sound bar? Or does it just pay to go with HTZ9F
As long as the Sound Bar is plugged into the ARC HDMI on your TV you can plug all your devices into your TV and they will still use the sound bar. I have PS4, XBOX, Apple TV, and Nintendo all plugged into TV and my sound bar plugged into the HDMI that say ARC and all devices play through sound bar. Hope this helps

Can the storage be upgraded on this laptop? If so, is it difficult to do?
The panel on the bottom requires a special tool and it uses a proprietary drive. Upgrading the storage would be extremely hard if possible at all.
