I love these characters, so any chance to hangout with them again is a plus in my book. It's not a good as the first movie, but sequels rarely are. This movie is fun, funny and has a lot of heart.

A lot of hype surrounded the use of a Sony-owned Marvel character in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, and for the most part it delivers on that promise. This is another solid entry in to the Marvel oeurvre that features a real teenage actor (for the first time) Tom Holland as Spider-Man and the guy that started it all, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man in an entertaining movie that moves quickly from action set-piece to action set-piece with a lot of colorful character moments in between.

It's not as consistently good as "I Love You, Honeybear" which was a better album overall, but it has better songs than anything he's recorded before and the standout tracks really stand out. The song "Pure Comedy" is pure genius and is the best thing Josh Tillman has ever written. And he is a writer in the true sense. His lyrics are insightful, sometimes elevating and sometimes piercingly funny.

Mike Mills created a masterpiece in "Beginners", so I expected a lot for "20th Century Women". And I have to say that I was let down. Not to say that this is a bad movie per se, it just didn't live up to its predecessor. But once I got passed that, I was able to appreciate the film for the small intimate character study it is.

Tom Ford's second movie is a testament to his talents and asthetic. It also goes to prove that his first directorial effort was not a fluke. It's drastically different in tone from "A Single Man", but they are both beautifully shot, wholly engrossing and unique cinematic experiences.

This is Radiohead's 9th full length album and they are starting to show their age. Not that that's a bad thing. This is their mellowest album with nothing resembling a traditional rock song in the track listing, but it's atmospheric piano tinklings, acoustic guitar finger-pickings and orchestral flourishes add up to one of the most immersive listening experiences from a band that is showing more confidence as it ages. Standout tracks include Burn the WItch, Daydreaming, Identikit and Ful Stop. It closes with a newly-recorded sparse version of a long-time fan favorite, True Love Waits, that feels more heart-breakingly beautiful with its new arrangement.

It's hard to call this a proper Soul Asylum release since David Pirner is the only remaining member out of the original lineup. This album is uneven at best, but there are some great classic Soul Asylum songs here for fans. One standout track is "Can't Help It", a return to the rougher pop punk sound sound of their earlier stuff; something long-time fans have been waiting a long time for. Another standout is "Doomsday", which is almost a perfect pop rock song. No ballads here, so people looking for another "Runaway Train" will be disappointed.

Back in the '90s, before Oasis and Blur were the Britpop talk of the town, Suede (or the London Suede, as they were known in the US) were a young loud and brash band, in a long line of British pop bands, that knew how to create little pop rock masterpieces. As the years wore on, their youthful pop rock sound matured into more grandiose artistic statements, but their talent for melody was always apparent. This album is no different, and although the speed of the songs are a bit slower now and the songs are melodically more complex, they have produced an album that is befitting of their ever-growing catalog.
