I had a Fitbit Surge for approximately one (1) year and it broke. I then went out and bought a Samsung GearFit 2 because I was upset about the Fitbit breaking after one (1) year. I ended up returning the Samsung GearFit 2 and getting the FItbit Blaze. The Fitbit app is much more user friendly. I'm glad I did.

Can you charge the Fitbit in the wall. I don't have a computer just an iPad and an Iphone
It doesn't actually come with the charger (part that plugs into wall), just the cable. However, that is how I use it. I plug it into one of my chargers from my Android Phone and or Android Tablet and it charges just fine.
