I had done a review a few days ago. However, due to the ongoing issues, I felt I needed to write another one again. This time I gave it one star due to the main issue that is so irritating: the touch screen goes crazy. I did some research and realized many people have been affected by what they describe as "ghost touch" or "phantom touch". Basically, you see random touch points all over the screen, which open apps, close windows, you name it... it is annoying as anything I've dealt with. This has become more and more frequent, to the point that it happens every time I turn on my computer and I can't even type the password in because the cursor is being clicked elsewhere. The only thing that solves it (for now) is closing the lid and opening it again. I've reached out to Lenovo, they updated drivers and the issue persisted. Now they recommending resetting the computer. But honestly I think this computer has a hardware issue and the screen is to darn sensitive. Also, the cherry on top of the cake, it occasionally disconnects from my home network even though other devices are still connected just fine. I'm going to return it while I still can, but I am extremely upset with the quality of this new computer. I though I got a good deal, but looks like I'm going to have to get my money back.
