It's a little slower at printing than the unit it replaced, but that is fine as it is smaller and less expensive, and also doesn't take as many ink cartridges as our former unit. It is at our vacation home, so we just don't need a larger, pricier unit anymore - and this one has fit the bill perfectly. Easy to use, and has helpful messages for when out of paper or ink, etc.

I take my 94-yr old aunt (who had earlier been very reluctant to use her phone and minutes) up to Best Buy and purchase a TracPhone card every 90 days. Not only do minutes carry over to her new card, but she takes it over to the counter and the department employees eagerly and pleasantly load the card to her phone after they process the purchase. It is so easy for her to do, and we feel better that she always has a phone and usable minutes in her purse. It's easy and affordable, and she feels safe and connected.

They came and checked it out and made suggestions for a mount that was stronger and had more articulation for better viewing. They then returned with the new TV and mount and did installation.
