Nice Watch, Google Assistant, but not quite there

The Access MKGO is a very nice looking watch that runs on WearOS. It is easy to setup from an Android phone. Because it runs on WearOS, it shares both the advantages and disadvantages of that operating system. One major advantage is the use of Google Assistant on the watch. Another is a suite of fitness and other useful apps. However, in general, I found the system somewhat slow and dated. The watch also lacks a speaker for calling and the battery often does not get me through the day. The latter is mitigated by its quick charging ability.

Handsome, Great Sound, Big Bass, Long Lasting Batt

The Skullcandy - Crusher ANC Wireless Noise Canceling Headphones in black and tan are a handsome set of headphones with big sound bass. Pairing was extremely easy with my Android phone and the other devices that I tried. Battery life was long and a rapid charge of 10 minutes is good for 3 hours. I don't claim to be an audiophile but the sound was very clear and the bass was the best that I have ever heard on a set of headphones making you feel like your in a studio. The bass is so strong that if your want your whole head will vibrate. A slider is available on the headphones to reduce it to a more acceptable level.
In summary, if your are looking for a handsome, high quality headphone with unique bass capabilitise, I would highly recommend this headset.

Portal takes about 5 minutes to setup. All you need is a Facebook account, and, if you are going to use Alexa, an Amazon account. Once you are setup, all you need to do to make a video call is to click on a Contact on the home screen and a call is made to that person. Nothing could be easier! The call is actually initiated through the Messenger app (or alternatively Whatsapp).
I’ve had the opportunity to many calls with Portal, both Portal to Portal and Portal to/from phone or tablet I’ve previously used FaceTime and Googles Duo. Portal produces the most immersive calls mainly because of the way the camera can focus on and track multiple people in the entire room.
Portal is sometimes rated low in terms of video sources, apps, and integration. However, Portal uses both Amazon Alexa and its own “Hey Portal” as smart assistants. And unlike Amazon's and Google's devices, Portal will stream anything that can be streamed in a browser not requiring Location Services. In my case, that includes Tablo, ATT Now, Netflix, etc. It even allows you to set up a shortcut on the Home page to start each one of these sources.

Great Cooking, Easy to Use, Instructions Poor

As a first time user of an air fryer, it’s important to read and understand the instructions but the accompanying air fryer user manual is not user friendly. Instructions refer to figure illustrations that are on the inside flap of the front and back pages so one has to go back and forth to find the correct illustration (there are 54). Then the display of parts is on page one and its corresponding identification is on page 8. So again you flip back and forth to understand what information goes with what pictorial. After that though, the cooking process is quite easy. Putting together the basket was literally a snap and selecting temperature and time was easy to do. Food (and we tried raw, battered and frozen) both veggies and meat came out cooked just right with the temperature and times advised in the manual. The air fryer works as advertised and will be a part of our cooking fried foods. Pan parts quickly come apart for cleaning. The air fryer is easy to use and produces perfectly fried foods.

The HL-L3290 CDW is a fast all in one laser printer with double sided printing and scanning capabilities. It can be connected wirelessly to a network and also features Airprint. Paper sizes are flexible up to legal size.
Although the printer is heavy, setup was very easy connecting to my wireless network. I then printed about 100 pages, some text and some photos. Text came out crisp in all cases. Photos were good but not up to the quality of a photo printer.
In summary, I would highly recommend this all in one to anyone needing a high quality laser printer with great flexibility.

Setup is easy. You remove it from the box, plug in the charging station, add 2 small brushes to the Shark, and place the Shark on the charging station for about 3 hours. During this time, you can download the android or ios app. The app is used to setup and control the Shark.
We have a one story house with an area of about 1500 sq ft consisting of hardwood floors and rugs. I found the Shark very convenient for cleaning that area using both the app and verbal commands. Boundaries can be set so that the Shark doesn't run into cords or delicate objects.
If you are looking for a low cost robot vacuum, I would recommend the Shark ION Robot vacuum. About the only negative is that apparently due to the cleaning algorithm, the entire area may not be covered in a single cleaning cycle. This is not a big issue since subsequent cycles seem to complete the area.

The JBL - Endurance Peak True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are great sounding, comfortable, and have a long battery life. Compared to other headphones that I have used, I found the in ear design to be far more comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The Logitech G403 HERO Gaming Mouse is a high quality and very precise wired gaming mouse. In using it with several 1st person shooters on a Dell gaming laptop, I was impressed with the instant response and comfort of the G403. It also is very attractive with RGB lighting that responds to in game action. The G403 is very lightweight and maneuverable. It also comes with a 10g weight for different playstyles. The Dell G5 15 5590 is an excellent laptop for both high end gaming and general computing. It features a 9th generation i7 cpu and a GTX1660 TI GPU. It also includes several usb type c ports, an HDMI out, and a Thunderbolt 3 port.
The G5 had a score of approximately 3400 on the Heaven benchmark at 1920x1080 and a score of approximately 11 on the Steam VR Performance Benchmark. Both marks equal or exceed the performance of my external GTX1080 when connected to an i7 laptop through a Thunderbolt 3 connection.
Battery life was also good for this type of laptop, ranging between 4 and 5 hours when not gaming. This is due to the switchable Intel 630 graphics and the large capacity battery.
About the only thing that disappointed me was the screen brightness. It seemed a little dull. However, turning on HDR in the Settings greatly improved this for HDR content.
In summary, the G5 is like a wolf in sheep’s clothing. The Deep Space Black styling is understated but the performance is that of a high end gaming laptop.

DON'T LET NEGATIVE REVIEWS DISCOURAGE YOU, Windows-based PCs are notable for not being as reliable as Macs out-of-the-box, so a simple exchange or Windows customization may be the solution if you feel that you have a faulty product.
Overall, this computer is very fast, with almost identical specs to a MacBook Pro that costs twice as much. The hardware is what really makes this machine stand out from ultrabooks and Macs that cost hundreds of dollars more; the trackpad and the keyboard are outstanding and on par with if not superior to those found on a Macbook. The construction is amazingly sturdy and makes this machine feel indestructible. The hinge for the 2-in-1 feature is also very good, and I feel confident that it can last for many years with the same sturdiness.
Windows 10 looks great and works surprisingly well on this laptop, but I have experienced random audio popping sounds as have other reviewers. Perhaps later driver updates will provide a solution, but such a minor qualm shouldn't deter you from purchasing this machine by any means.
My biggest issue is the battery life, which in real world use lasts anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, which is significantly lower than MacBook Air's dominant 10 to 13 hour battery life.
BOTTOM LINE, software and Windows 10 features are essentially identical to those found on most ultrabooks, and the internals are on par with more expensive models. This is the laptop for you if you need powerful internals and mighty construction, but can deal with lower battery life than other ultrabooks.

Your review hits the nail on the head. A very high quality laptop that would feel premium if it were a little thinner. Only negative I've found is the battery which lasts about 6 hours for me when doing general surfing.

This laptop is very fast and well built. Initially, I had some trouble installing win10 anniversary when it got stuck on boot screen. I am now running anniversary but the pen does not seem to work or be recognized. Keyboard very nice. Screen a little dull. Battery lasts me about 6 hours. All in all a very nice laptop if I can get the pen working.

Benchmarks and Dell 13.3 2-1 i5

I ran a simple win10 benchmark PC Benchmark on the ThinkPad and the above Dell. Both are nice laptops with the Dell having a USB-c and Windows Hello support. The CPU and disk results are pretty which is to be expected. The Dell ram score is about double the ThinkPad and the ThinkPad gpu score is about triple the Dell. Overall, the ThinkPad "feels" quicker to me.

Does the ThinkPad 14 charge the pen when the ThinkPad is on battery? There are quite a few times when the pen is not recognized and I am trying to figure out why.
