Is this solid state drive for a desktop or laptop computer?
This is for a laptop however it does have a SATA three connection so I could potentially be configured to use on the desktop.

How long is the warranty?
I see two reviews that mention a 10-year warranty, and I've read a Samsung .pdf file that guaranteed a 10-year warranty with this product. But on this Best Buy page I see under "Specifications" only a one-year warranty. I'm confused by this conflicting information and would appreciate clarification. Thanks.
After one year you'll have to go through the manufacture to replace it if it's defective and not Best Buy. But within the first year however you can go through Best Buy to have them replace if it malfunctions.
