I purchased this microwave to pair with my Samsung oven. It looks great, but has some design issues. The buttons are not easy to use. They require a hard push to operate. The vent fan setting for low is not much different than the setting for high, both are very loud. Finally, it doesn't heat up food consistently. Often, the bowl is so hot you can't touch it, but the food inside is barely warm.
