Such a horrible experience with geek squad to install my TV, First I asked for their services since I am an elite member with best buy (thinking it will make my life a lot easier) but I guess I was mistaken. They sent out a site survey to make sure the job can be done the way I wanted, both the geek squad agent from the survey and the agent on the phone assured me that the job will be done the exact way I wanted, after putting in the order and paying for it because it is a pre-paid service (which were more money than usual because they will need to move some wires around). the agent that showed to my house said that he can't do this service period. SO WHY DID THE SURVEY AND THE AGENT ON THE PHONE TOLD ME IT WILL BE DONE??? Then he called his supervisor and got the OK from him to do the job that was promised to me and that I paid for. I was scheduled for another re-do. And for the third time they assured me that this time they will do the work, AND FOR THE THIRD TIME THE AGENT THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE SAID HE CANT DO IT. Are you kidding me??!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never recommend Geek Squad to anyone for anything anymore
