Upgraded to this from my one that I've had for over 2 years. I needed something to track my heart rate and the phone notifications were a bonus. I chose the surge over the apple watch due to fitbits stellar customer service. I'm not sure I made the best decision. I noticed since using the surge, my steps decreased dramatically. So I wore it w my one for comparison. For 3 days, the step count was significantly off by 3k or more. I also developed a rash on my wrist. I take it off when showering and sleeping and didn't wear it at all for 4 days and it didn't clear up. Not sure I'll be keeping this tracker. I really wanted to love it, but 3 week in, the honeymoon is over. Pics of rash attached.

If I drop my phone will it be protected
I drop mine quite a bit. Has kept it fairly protected. This is a pretty heavy case, adds some weight to your phone which may aid in protecting it. The toggle buttons on the sides have gone flying/missing from drops though. That and the clear bumper discoloration are my only complaints.

How can I find the Adress to send my Surge for repair?
Heartrate and tochscreen is not working!
Contact Fitbit. They will send you a new one. Fitbit.com
