I had to return this product twice in a two day span. Pieces broke on each case I had. First my volume knob broke on my first case. The 2nd case I exchanged for the charging port piece broke off. Clearly not a bestbuy issue but amazing that they charge so much for what they call “the best phone case on the market” After talking with friends a few confirmed the same thing happend to them. Should have bought an otter box for less money.
