Jane Fonda's revised DVD is excellent. You have to love the leg warmers - brings back memories but seriously, the workout is helpful for me. It's not too long, I feel the workout without it draining all of my energy.

I love the old exercise programs where you received cardio and muscle workouts. I'm so glad that Jane Fonda's workouts are back on DVDs. I have had very good luck staying with her program.
