I'm With You was RHCP's first release since the double album Stadium Arcadium in 2006 and even I had doubted that they would come back for more. Yet, they did, even after the departure of Frusciante. But this album is no let down. It's go its rock and its pop and even a dash of funk. It's RHCP in a modern sense but they definitely know how to continue the legacy. "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie" is groovy and great and serves as the perfect single from the album. But it's the soft songs that made me fall in love, like "Brendan's Death Song", "Did I Let You Know" and "Police Station". But they still know how to have their fun with jams like "Goodbye Hooray", "Ethiopia", and "Look Around." RHCP came back long awaited and it was definitely worth it. A great addition to their long history of genius.
Wolfmother is rock at its classic-modern best in this amazing album by the Australian rock band. Their debut and self-titled record is big and great and certainly makes a statement. It's been compared to other classic rock bands of the 1970's. It is just one of the best albums I've ever heard. Every song is magnificent and perfect in its creation. "Woman" certainly makes a splash as the single that brought them major hype but classics like "Joker & the Thief", "Colossal", and "Dimension" bring this album to its grandeur. It's also full of nifty little mood shifts and surprises like the incredible flute solo in "Witchcraft" and "Vagabond"'s good ol' guitar in the verses. It's a definite must have. No let down at all. I confided in them so much from this album that I bought their second release, Cosmic Egg, without listening to any songs. And that was also a wonderful decision.

I bought this waffle maker for my parents and they really like it. The waffles come out fluffy on the inside but slightly crispy on the outside. Flipping is good and the grids and tray are very easy to clean. We only wish it had an audible tone to tell us when the waffle is done cooking but we can live without that feature.
One-X is the perfect continuation to the self-titled debut from Three Days Grace with a lyrically darker twist but same great sound. "Animal I Have Become" is a perfect example of Adam's inner conflicts which is a theme throughout. And while every song delivers a somewhat similar message, it's a message that we all can relate to sometimes. "It's All Over" starts the album off perfectly and is one of my favorites from the album. It's an album that will pump you up and help release some anger with some hard rock riffs to get you through the day.
Tonight was my first Franz Ferdinand album and I was very impressed. All the songs were catchy and fun and even the slower songs like "Dream Again" and "Katherine Kiss Me" were great to listen to with Alex's sweet voice really taking center stage. The "Lucid Dreams" track isn't the same as the single and its sound is a little different but the last three minutes will let you know why it's on the album. Every song is great catchy, pop fun and the lyrics silly, simple, but perfect. "Live Alone" is a perfect showcase of this. A definite buy for an FF fan.
I'll admit I already had about half of the album's songs before purchasing but I'm so glad I bought the whole album. It's a great debut from Three Days Grace that rocks hard and raw. Adam's vocals are strong and you can hear that he really means all the anger and despair in the lyrics. A bit of a dark album but it will definitely get you going in a workout with all the energy there. Not to be overlooked as a great rock album.
People tend to regard this album as a bit of a low point for Muse but I certainly don't agree. It's definitely different from the previous three albums, but that's not a bad thing at all. No Muse album is like another and each stands out on their own. Black Holes and Revelations stands out with a more pop sound but retains its signature originality. Matt's voice carries the album and his vocals again astound. There's not much piano in this album but you probably won't notice with everything else going on. It's a fantastic album with very upbeat songs like Starlight and Map of the Problematique and some calmer songs like Hoodoo and Soldier's Poem. But you'll definitely be singing along.
I bought this two-disc compilation for my cousins knowing that they love The Doors and they thought it was the best gift ever. It's a great compilation of memorable classic songs from their albums that spanned their short band length. Includes a neat biography of the band instead of lyrics. Great price for being two CDs and the music's timeless.
At 16 songs, By the Way is kind of a long album but it's so great and their sound flows so well from song to song that you don't even notice the time slip away. Starts off strong with By the Way and keeps it up through the whole album.
My personal favorite is Don't Forget Me, but they're all great.
A great hit from the Chili Peppers and a must have for a fan.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Might be a little long for some
