Computer seems ok, Windows 8 is bad

It's hard to accurately rate this computer when I am so disgruntled with Windows 8. I cannot wait for the Windows 10 free upgrade. Until then, I will struggle along with this thing. The computer itself seems fast enough, the monitor is large and very vivid, the keys feel pretty good to type on (some keyboards feel gummy). I would recommend the laptop, but omg not windows 8.

Start your morning off right with waffles made on this classic waffle maker. The round design produces 1 large traditional-style waffle at a time and the 5-setting browning control allows you to determine how dark your waffle becomes.

I have used this wafflemaker about 2-3x a month for the last year, and it is great. It heats up *much* faster than my old Black-and-Decker wafflemaker. The 1-5 browness range feature is nice and works well. There is a 'spillover' feature which is nice as extra batter goes in a side groove (makes your waffle larger) instead of running down the side of your machine. The plates don't pop out, so it's a little hard to wash, but it's not a super professional machine.

Got this microwave for my older parents. Mom likes the stainless steel look. It's a good larger (but not obnoxiously huge) size. Mom has a little harder time reading the words on the buttons, but she will eventually memorize the buttons, but for now, has to get her reading glasses out! The only thing I don't like is that when you close the door, no matter how gentle you are with it, it still makes a rather obnoxious 'slam' sound. Maybe it's not a problem for some people, but it's not our favorite.

This printer is great! Prints come out good enough for me (to print shipping labels and invoices for my ebay business). The wireless function is great... I keep the printer permanently out but hidden in my living room (behind a couch) and no one sees it! haha I have had to reset the wireless link to my computer maybe two times in the last 2-3 months, but it has not been too difficult to do. I haven't had it long enough to know if it goes through ink at a reasonable pace.

Powerful little heater

This thing gets hot quickly! It's almost too powerful for my cube. I wish it had a temperature control knob or fan speed control knob... it only has the on/off button. There is a nice safety feature in that a switch on the bottom has to be engaged in order for it to run... if the unit gets tipped over, it turns off.

Do I need a landline phone for the fax to operate? I only have a cell phone
Can I operate the Fax on my wireless internet? I do not have a landline phone
Yes you need a landline phone account for fax machines. Not just for this printer.
