Took two tries to get one of these which worked without issue. Initial one had SSD errors within 48 hours so did a hardware swap rather than have GS try to fix it. Replacement has worked w/o issues for 30 days. Had minor issue on getting image backup which Acer Tech support solved via chat. System has worked as a desk top replacement as well as a laptop. I've got 10 hours + running it with WiFi turned off as laptop. Actually it never reported less than 10 hours available after several hours of note taking so its actual battery life was probably greater than 10 hours.
Overall I've had a great experience with it and it has proved to be quite responsive. Much easier to use than the year old Dell I had to replace and the Acer response was much better than the Asus which caused me to return that unit. SSD is definitely the way to go.

I had the unit for about 3 days and could not get it to connect with another windows 10 box. Apart from that is was a bit slow but great display.
Contacted Asus for help and they promised to get back with in 48 hours. After no reply in 72 hours returned the unit. Replaced with Acer and had a similar issue which Acer resolved with live chat. Actual issue was with anti-virus software GS had installed. Had issue with earlier Asus box and they didn't resolve it until after the return period so I couldn't take the chance.

Is this compatible to any cellphones w/ bluetooth?
There are cell phones it won't connect with. It pairs with a 1st Gen Mote-E which is a few years old. It works with Bluetooth Low Power so you might want to check it out. It did not work with a 5 year old Jabber base station, but that may be that the base will only pair with the original head set that came with it. t wold not pair with an older LG flip phone wich atned Bluetooth version 2.1+EDR. Take you phones in and ask BB staff they can probably advise you. BB does have a return policy, but you can avoid that hassle by asking them. I tested it in the store and it worked.

I bought a jabra Bluetooth for 29.99 a few months ago not sure if I have a reciept this one shuts on off just wanna do a even exchange Thankyou
Talk to BB customer service. They usually can pull up a copy of the receipt. That said you may have to talk to Jabber about exchange since I thing 60 days is beyond BB's return poilicy.

I CANT GET CONNECTED...NEVER SET A PASSWORD, BUT IS TELLING ME I NEED ONE ??? SAYS IT IS INCORRECT PIN OR PASSWORD ???
It should auto pair if both headset and phone are set to auto discover at the same time. It might help if you told us what you are trying to connect width. I was able to connect to a 1st generation Moto-E by following the instructions for both to auto-discover. If there are more than one blue tooth device you may confuse it. Suggest you try it well away from other electronic devices. Reconnecting is a bit slow in my computer room (have seven computers running sometime so I did my pairing in another room. Even so, it takes longer to reconnect in the computer room than in the car for example.

Can I take ethernet wire from my modem run it to the back of the switch then take another wire and hook my axis point to it without using ports on my route
Ah you mean MYAXIS POINT. Yes but why? Only reason would be that you that they both expect to connect to an intermediate device. You might be better off with what is called a 'cross over cable' with that you can connect two computers directly together. Or your modem and you point of sale device. If you can't get a cross over cable then the switch will work.

The function of home routers is to take a single IP address that the world knows about and map that to multiple IP addresses, usually beginning with '192.168.1.' (also known as Network Address Translation). If your connection to the Internet expects to see multiple IP addresses on the side connected to the switch then you don't need a LOCAL router, there is a router external to the modem, but I've never seen that in a home situation. At work we have 128 IP addresses passed to us but that is a commercial connection. My cable modem at home just send over one. The switch just knows about IP addresses that connect to each of its ports, it doesn't know who assigned them.

Is this switch compatible with Cat 6 cables? It says cat 5, I just don't know if that means cat 5 or higher or cat 5 only.
Cat 5 or higher. If its good quality Cat 5 it will support 1000T
