New Moto-E would not auto-answer with a wired head set so I had to go wireless. While inexpensive, this headset interfaces easily with it and provides both one touch connection and two tap last number redial. Works with OK Google commands. Sound is good. One half star off for comfort. The "rubber" ear bud is a bit stiff for long term wear, but that may mean its more durable. One half star off since battery is not replaceable. Well worth the money.

Large speedup for Laptop

When Microsoft upgraded a 18 month old laptop to Windows 10, without asking, my wife complained on how slow it had become. I had the Geek Squad clone the existing hard drive onto this SSD and install it. Most of the speed issues are gone. According to reviews Samsung should last longer than its competitors w/o sacrificing speed.

Doesn't show port speed, just connection. Not as good as the pro-version because of that. It does work and provide 1GB non-blocking on all the ports. I guess the simplified things for home use.

Wouldn't work for my use

I have several computers which has ps/.2 KB and Mouse so I have a 4 port KVM and hung a Belkin 2 port off one of the ports. I use ps/2 to usb converts for computers which need USB keyboards. Tried to put a USB converter between one of the kvm ports and this device and it didn't work at all. I have the four port version of this KVM on a standalone USB setup *usb kb in and out" and it works fine.

Great Deal at BB Minor Upgrade

Best buy price was quite a bit less the upgrading through Intuit. Only minor changes in the interface. Have to upgrade if you do stuff on line . Only real fix is that you can now install and run one copy on more that one computer NOT AT THE SAME TIME. The 2013 version didn't allow that.

Are there any compatibility issues with a Belkin N750 DB wireless dual-band N+ router?
Works with Netgear router of the same age and a Linux box pretending its a router. Its a simple device so there shouldn't be any strange effects unless the Belkin is strange.

Will this work if I only want to share the monitor between the two computers but they will each have their own keyboard and mouse?
I think it gets is power from the USB so the answer is PROBABLY no. There is no way to attach an external power supply to it.

Is there an adapter to connect a device that has a USB port only to a device that does not have a USB port
Depends on the connector on the other device. We have a usb to parallel printer device which works fine for an older printer. I also have an Ethernet to USB adapter for a laptop which only supports wireless natively.

No, but you can use supplied software to generate an emergency recovery image on a flash drive. This is the functional equivalent.

It worked fine on my TWC connection. It was an initial install so the installer had to get the serial number into their system after that it took the automatic process about 10 minutes to connect and configure. I'm outside of Los Angeles and it works fine for me. It is showing some uncorrected errors on all of the 16 channels but I'm getting much more than was promised for speed so I don't have any complaints.

Wrong question. Get a separate cable modem and then a good router. Look at www.smallnetbuilder.com for up to date reviews. I can't keep up, but they have helped me in the pass. You need to think about what is between the router location and TV. 2.4GHz band is crowded but goes through walls better then 5GHz.

Is there an adapter that can be added to a standard modem that will then accept a phone line?
I run a couple of VOIP (voice over IP) phones which use external adapters and then connect to regular phones. They came with the VOIP provider. Setup us Cable modem -> Negear Router -> VOIP adapter -> plain old phone. If ;you want multiple outlets conneect the base unit for a wireless phone to the VOIP adapter. I'd check with your VOIP provider for which adapter works. They may also be able to provide a link to a site which will test your Internet Connection to make sure it is suitable. Drop and Jitter can impact the quality of the voice.

No it is a full sized card. There were micro SD cards at the store, but I didn't check them out as I needed a full size card.
