This switch works fine, but really shouldn't be used in a home office unless you can isolate it in a ventilated/cooled closet somewhere. It's really, really noisy. I need a 24 port gigabit switch though but I'm not sure if they all require this type of fan to properly cool.
A poor choice on my part.
