The Galaxy SIII is a great phone! It was very easy to set-up and works flawlessly with my Google account. The pictures and video are nice and clear and the phone is very comfortable to hold and use. The new iPhone 5c is a nice device. It's pretty much identical to the iPhone 5, just cosmetically prettier. Using iTunes, it was a breeze to transfer everything from my 4S to the new 5c. And since I was already using IOS 7, the phone worked the same. It was just bigger, which is nice. The problem I'm having is that some accessories, like clock radio docks, don't play nice with the 5c. They work perfectly with the iPhone 5, but not at all with the 5c. I've talked with the manufacturers, and they say that their products are compatible with the iPhone 5. They don't actually say "iPhone 5c", but they insist they are compatible. Hopefully in time, they will play nicer!

Why can't you upgrade within 'early' window from Best Buy?
I want to get the Galaxy s4 but refuse to pay the ridiculous $200 for it through Verizon - they claim that I cannot renew my contract early through any other retailer other than Verizon itself, but they will not honor any of the deals I've seen on the Galaxy s4 ($50 at Best Buy and Target during Christmas sales and now FREE! at Best Buy). My iPhone is practically dead and I need a new phone...and I think it's ridiculous that I cannot renew ANYWHERE else except Verizon because I'm a tid-bit early on my contract. Anyone know if this is the actuality or if Verizon is feeding me a line of b.s.?
If you're within a month or so of your renewal date call Verizon and talk with one of their customer service agents. Tell them that your contract date is almost up and that you would really like to take advantage of the current Samsung deals being offered and could they move up your renewal date. You are going to re-up for another 2 years anyway. Be nice and they will usually get their manager's approval to change your renewal date to today's date. It may take 5-10 minutes, but they did it for me just 2 weeks ago. Good luck and remember to be nice.
