Performance Less Than Expected

I had high hopes for the Bissell SmartClean Robot Vacuum, but it just didn't meet my expectations--especially for the price. I live in a fairly small place with couches, tables, chairs, and other items that just get in the way of this vacuum.
While it's able to navigate around the larger items (and walls) just fine, it had problems with things like end tables and other lighter objects (decorative plants/planters) which it ran into and physically moved them. It didn't knock anything over, but it did give them a good nudge. I found this to be a little concerning as there are breakables on the end tables that I can see possibly getting bumped off.
The features on this vacuum are pretty straight forward. Timer to schedule cleaning and settings on the vacuum that tell it the method to clean. I did find that it was very good at moving around the perimeter of the room and getting right up against the baseboards, much better than a normal vacuum could perform thanks to the edge bristles. I wouldn't ever recommend using this while you're planning on being in the room as it is quite loud. Cat wasn't scared by it, but was definitely intrigued. It also did fairly well navigating over some hallway runners and cleaned off some of the top fuzz that can accumulate. I expected it to get stuck, which it did a couple of times, but it was able to back up and try again with success.
I would recommend this for anyone who has tile/hardwood flooring and mainly wants to keep tabs on the dust bunnies along the edges as it does this quite well. The fewer obstacles, the better. By obstacles, I mean any kind of furniture. I can see this being extremely useful in a kitchen to get up under the cabinet overhangs and around the edges where things can tend to accumulate. If your living areas are fairly spartan, this would be good as well. Bedrooms as well if you don't have clothes and shoes all on the floor as it would be quite useful at cleaning under the bed.
In summary, this vacuum will either work for you or it won't. For me, it doesn't, but that's just because my home setup isn't ideal. If you have a fairly spartan house or only need it for areas with minimal furniture, then it should be fine and save you some trouble.

What's great about it: Good for cleaning edges, hardwood/tile, areas with minimal furniture/obstacles
What's not so great: Docking/charging station requires lots of clearance space, 'invisible wall' only effective approx. 6ft
I would recommend this to a friend!

In the year 2012, the era of the nation-state is drawing to a close. The nations of the future increasingly have turned to private military companies, also known as PMCs, to aid in their defense. These elite mercenaries provide clear benefits to the nations that engage them, but they also tend to take a rather lax view of the law. Even so, the Reykjavik Accords have authorized the PMCs' right to serve in every aspect of military operations. As the PMCs' role is further legitimized and their influence grows, concerns have begun to mount. Have the PMCs been granted too much power? And, if so, what will the consequences be for the world?Tom Clancy's HAWX puts you in the pilot's seat for revolutionary aerial combat action in an all-too-realistic world of the near-future. Engage in intense high-altitude warfare, complete with cutting-edge technology and devastating firepower. Become an elite pilot of the future through use of the game's unique Enhanced Reality System, which provides a incredibly realistic flight experience, including radars and incoming missile detection, weapons trajectory control, an anti-crash system and more. Take the throttle of more than 50 authentic aircraft as you prove your skills in dogfights over war-scarred modern landscapes. In HAWX, you're at the controls for stunningly rendered air combat.

This game has an entertaining storyline. Graphics are good, but flight controls are very basic so true aviation enthusiast might find it lacking in accuracy. That being said, it was a fun and enjoyable game to play. I especially liked that it had a wide variety of missions (AA,AG, Naval, etc.)

Very Disappointed

I bought this sound bar system to go with my new 55" Samsung Smart TV (UN55H6350AFXZA). The Best Buy rep convinced me this was the right choice since it would provide seamless integration with great sound. The demo of the product was didn't stand out from the rest, but it's so hard to tell with all of the other sounds in the store.
Upon getting the new TV and Samsung sound bar set up, I was impressed with how easy and quickly it was paired with the TV and working wuite well together. The sound bar has very nice features and a very helpful display (the only reasons I even gave it 3 stars).
The sound bar's size is too large to fit under most TV stands without obstructing the picture, including Samsung! The sound bar has a unique feature which allows it to function standing up or lying flat on its back. Even the LED display shifts to the bottom when operating in this mode! Very cool!....but why didn't they just design it small enough to fit???
The most disappointing aspect of this product is the bass (or lack of it). While it does have an 8" active wireless subwoofer, it failed miserably to produce mid and low level bass when at normal volume levels. Even with the EQ settings and sub turned to max, I could barely tell a difference. It was only when you turned up the volume to a level that was not comfortable for regular use. Even at these high volume levels, the bass was not the quality I expected for a $600+ system. The 8" Sony sub on my old home theatre blew the Samsung out of the water.
I decided to purchase another sound bar to see if could get the bass quality I expected. After a lot of research, I decided on the similarly priced ($599) Klipsh Reference soundbar. The in store demo immediately sounded superior to the Samsung. While waiting for a rep to assist me, I decided to browse in the Magnolia home theatre part of the store. While most of their products were out of my price range, the magnolia rep (separate from the best buy sales staff) recommended I listen to an Energy Connoisseur CS-30 (8" active wireless sub). He said it was made by the same company (or something like that) as the Klipsh soundbar, but provided superior sound quality. I took his word for it since there was no difference in price and he was more of an expert in the premium home theatre sector. Upon getting the Energy System setup (not nearly as easy as the Samsung), I did a side by side comparison of sound. In short, there was no comparison. The Enery Connoisseur CS-30 provided those subtle bass tones that give TV, movies, or music streamed from your phone that added layer of depth. It did this at all volume levels without having to wake up the neighbors just to hear the bass (although it can do this too! Just keep turning up the volume)!
Energy also outperformed in overall sound quality, especially when utilizing it's 3D surround function which was unnoticeable on the Samsung.
Extremely low bass comparison showed once again that the Energy was able to produce lower notes without distortion.
All in all, the Energy has fewer bells and whistles, but does all that you need a sound bar to do--produce high quality sound to improve your entertainment experience. I packaged the Samsung up that night and returned it to the store. Haven't regretted my decision a moment since! Trust me, do not think that because you are paying $600+ that you are getting sound worth that price. Save yourself $30-50 and get the Energy or Klipsh sound bars, remember, you'll have to go to the Magnolia home entertainment area (or BestBuy.com) to find the Energy as it isn't sold by the regular best buy sales staff.

After review all other brands in this class, it was clear that Samsung offered the most features (web browser, plenty of HDMI ports, screen mirroring, air play via phone, etc.) and provided proven quality that I expected. This TV isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I'm glad I spent an extra $100-$200 for this TV. It's already well worth it and I know I would've been disappointed with the other options.

Hi, Does this work in a regular carpet too?.?.

Yes. It can be used on area rugs and/or regular carpeted areas. I found it easier on carpet because you don't have to worry about it moving like an area rug.

Duplicative of Samsung Home Theater?

My current Samsung Home Theater (HT-BD1250) is old and dying, so I'm considering a new Samsung Series 6 Home Theater (HT-H6500WM). Although there is nothing wrong with it, I am also considering upgrading my Samsung TV (LN52B550K1FXZA) with this new Samsung TV (UN55H6350AFXZA). Would the Series 6 and the new TV be compatible? Would they be overly duplicative (same apps, internet capability, etc.)?

Lastly, to avoid paying for duplicative features, would it make more sense to get the Series 6 and a cheaper "less smart" TV with a similar picture (e.g., UN55H6203AFXZA, or keep my old TV), or get the more expensive TV and a cheaper "less smart" home theater system? Thanks!!
Go with the more expensive UN55H6350AFXZA model. I was trying to decide between the two and the cheaper model has far fewer ports for connections (particularly HDMI). In addition, the more expensive model which I know own (UN55H6350AFXZA) has a quad core processor which dramatically increases the speed at which the TV functions (navigation, loading apps, even switching menu options). Don't skimp on your TV, it should be the hub of your entertainment.
