As a person who uses my GoPro cameras for concerts and other non-extreme things, its really cool that they created this open case. It has a smaller form factor than the clear cases and it has large openings in the side so I can attach constant power and feed it to my switcher with the HDMI. Additionally, the price point was not bad and it really saved my life on a recent shoot, thanks for having it in stock Best Buy!!!

Great way to update older monitors

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and the power from my external LED monitor was no longer compatible, so I we net to Best Buy and purchased this adapter.
It works great!!! Now, I can use all 3 of my monitors and even extra power supplies from my previous computers. Great item and at under $10 I feel like it is a good price!

I recently upgraded to a new MacBook Pro and I finally have Thunderbolt capabilities. This cable was purchased to enable me to connect to the Thunderbolt devices that I am currently buying as I move my video production business into the future.
The cable has performed excellent. It is super fast and super compatible. I wish the price point would come down a bit, but in a professional marketplace, I have grown accustomed to higher prices and you get what you pay for.

I purchased this lens with the Canon Rebel and Best Buy gave me an amazing deal that I could not pass up. With the deal in consideration, this lens is a great investment, especially for a video B-camera or for high-risk shooting where you don't want to jeopardize a $1K or more lens. I find the range to be acceptable and it has a decent depth of field. I wish it was a little faster, but I fully understand that if I want speed, I really should pay for it. In the end, it was a great purchase that has served me well!!

In this day and age, I use SD cards in all 8 of my GoPro cameras, all 5 of my pro video cameras, and in my still photography cameras. The fact is, that these cards are rapidly becoming the most used media out there for all disciplines. At first, I used to shop for the least expensive cards I could find, but after so many recording failures and cards breaking apart (literally), I have decided to start spending the extra money and buy quality cards. Since making that decision, I have discovered SanDIsk to be the best cards I have tried. I have yet to have any of the issues that used to get me with the other brands. Additionally, Best Buy has really great sales and I actually ended up getting my most recent cards for less than what I used to pay for the low-quality cards. Keep your eyes open, you won't be disappointed!

I bought this camera as a secondary camera for film-style video shoots and it has performed much better than anticipated so far. That being said, I can see a difference between it and shooting with the 6D, but the Rebel still delivers a decent depth of field and quality HD video at a VERY affordable price. In fact, I am encouraging many of the young people to start with this camera and work their way up to the others, b/c the difference is one that is shown best in experienced hands. Thereby, if you are not experienced, an better camera will not make you a better photographer.
