The fifth and final season of Martin continues to follow the outrageous life of radio personality Martin Payne (Martin Lawrence) and his girlfriend-turned-wife Gina (Tisha Campbell) as they meet the ups and downs of marriage and friendship in the city.

Season 5 turned out to be the weakest of all the Martin seasons.
Unfortunately fame and "blow-uptuating" in the world started to cross over into the personal lives of some of the cast--- Particularly Martin and Tisha Campbell.
I think some people overlook that these two had been working with each other for nearly 8 or 9 years straight -- when you calculate times for filming the House Party movie.
I don't think the lawsuit for harassment was as valid as it could've been based on the.duration of the work relationship amongst the idea that Tisha Campbell was trying to launch a singing career that was stifled by the producers of the TV show.
Why not retaliate and ruin something that was good ....with a questionable lawsuit (that I don't recall ever being settled in any manner)....
To me...Tisha Campbell ruined this shows end

Wish This Show NEVER Ended

Season 4 was actually the last good season of this TV show. Unfortunately, Martin was straddled with the successes of "blowing up" and it brought some unnecessary issues in his personal life by Season 5. This season still had some classic episodes and it marked the last times we were able to see "Bruh Man" and "Jerome" in any episodes. There were SO many classic characters and episodes to enjoy and Season 4 didn't let us down as fans!

It goes without saying that ATCQ was a major player in the scope of Hip-Hop during it's "Golden Era".
After being gone from the scene for so long, as a group, it is AMAZING to hear how remarkably flawless this album sounds.
Considering the passing of Phife Dawg, his presence on the album doesn't sound forced. Q-Tip's ear for production hasn't lost its head-nodding touch either.
I could go on and on about how ATCQ is one of the greatest groups in rap history, but for those that already know their track record, its not hard understand that this album only further solidifies that claim.

This album is a hidden jewel for crate diggers searching for some funky soul samples. This CD is a definite time capsule to an era of funk and soul that just isn't created in the contemporary arena of things anymore.
Rumor has it that Quentin Tarantino owns the only copy of the movie that this soundtrack accompanies. As a blaxploitation movie fanatic, I would LOVE for it to see the light of day if true.
