Too large for medium size TVs

The kit is just OK. My biggest concern was that the upper box that is supposed to fit behind the TV is simply much too large. I was unable to hide the box behind a 43" TV even when pushed flush with the wall mounting bracket. Once i discovered the size issue i promptly returned the until and bought a much more compact variation by the same brand carried by Lowes. As an added bonus the kit from Lowes includes all the necessary tools.

Good TV we added to the office/guest room. The only downsides i have found are the rounded back makes wall mounting slightly more difficult than a straight back. Every time i turn on the TV, the "Smart" menu pops up. This is more of an annoyance. I will continue to mess with the settings to get rid of the menu.
BTW got this on a great Open Box deal. Would not pay current list price (449.99)

Got a great open box deal on this receiver so i decided to pick it up for my father in law. I consequently picked up the X1200 a few months back on another open box deal. The only feature this receiver lacks is the ability to play two different audio sources in two different rooms simultaneously. This receiver still works great for any home theatre.

Great picture, easy setup

This is my first 4K TV and I couldn't be happier. I spent a lot of time weighing the pros and con of this TV vs. its closest Samsung competitor.
While a Samsung TV is supposedly brighter, i have yet to encounter a view environment that would require this TV to be any brighter than it already is.
My only hesitation with purchasing this TV was some reviews i read that stated users had trouble receiving surround sound when using the built in APPS. After a little research I learned that you must enable the ARC HDMI port on the receiver and television. Since then, surround sound with all the APPS!
A nice little feature is the ability to hide the cables in the back of the TV. Since the back of my TV is somewhat visible from another portion of my home, the TV's back design keeps everything looking clean and organized.
