We had to upgrade (not me because we wanted to, but because our washer was on the recall list) to this washer. And although I was not happy about the price, it was a lot more than what I paid for the other washer and what I was recieving in the rebate, it does it job well. The cycles work well, and it leaves clothes clean. I wish the sounds were louder, I can barely hear the ending song on his model, but the rest is up to par.

My only concern was the price, I've never had to pay over $20.00 for fill hoses, and my dad went a little bonkers when he saw that. But once the hoses got her and they were installed even he had to say he was glad we had bought them. They seem to work really well with the machine.

So I had some initial concerns after we (my mom, dad and I) purchased the washer, because I went back online and read some more reviews... Most people complained about the machine taking to long to clean the clothes and it using the incorrect amount of water to wash items.
I have to say my machine does use less water than my old one but it leaves my clothes extremely clean, and without soap residue or lingering stains. I was worried but like I read, if you have an HE machine that stil uses the same amount of water and energy as your old one, why have a HE machine at all? the machine is quiet and it does the job well, it does take a bit more time to wash clothes than what I would like (it takes about 15 more than my old 15 year old machine), but since its doing such a good job, we don't complain....
We'll probably start saving up so we can change our dryer next year, and I'll probably try to get a Samsung one.
