The original movie is kind of a revolutionary one in horror/slasher history, and it's pretty good. This remake is also pretty good. I think as far as remakes go, it goes about it in a really creative and interesting way. I think both the original and this remake are each worth about a 7/10. The blu-ray has good picture quality and sound, but no bonus features.

I love the Psycho franchise. I'm one of the few who probably likes the sequels (Psycho 2 & 3) nearly as much as the original. I consider it to be one of the best horror franchises in history, if not the best. Psycho 4 was originally made-for-TV and it's not great, but it is entertaining. It kind of fails to follow what happened in Psycho 2 & 3, and for that I dock major points from it, because I love the first 2 sequels. It's still fun to see Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates one more time and it has some segments that make it worth watching. The blu-ray has great picture & sound, but it doesn't have as many special features as the other Psycho movies on blu-ray. For serious fans only.
A drifter named Malvo (Billy Bob Thornton) brings trouble to small-town Minnesota and influences insurance salesman Lester Nygaard (Martin Freeman) into murder. Meanwhile, a pair of local police officers are trying to piece together a series of murders which they believe is connected to Malvo and Nygaard.

This show is hilarious and captivating, with a great plot, great characters, and it's just so much fun to watch. If you liked the movie, you'll love the show. They really pulled it off.
Bad Boys I and II are featured in this special digitally enhanced collection. Former video director Michael Bay had his first big hit with the 1995 action comedy, which also returned producers Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson to the big-budget, high-violence movies that they successfully churned out in the '80s. Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) are two Miami cops who watch as 100 million dollars in heroin, from the biggest drug bust of their careers, is stolen out of the basement of police headquarters. This puts them hot on the trail of French drug lord Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo), who leaves a trail of bodies in his wake and only one witness, Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), who quickly teams up with our heroes. In the 2003 sequel, Burnett and Lowrey have been assigned to head up a task force to investigate the illegal trafficking of ecstasy into the city. They discover that an underground gang war has been instigated by drug kingpin Johnny Tapia (Jordi Molla). In order to cut off the flow of the designer drug, they have to take down Tapia.

I love these movies at this price. At full price, I'd be a little more hesitant. District 9 is a bonafide classic. Elysium is pretty good. Chappie was just OK.

It's a good game, my girlfriend likes it a lot as well. It's fun, inventive, and very cute, with a cool visual stylization. But it's also really, really short.

If you like JRPG games like Final Fantasy from the 90s in particular, this will be right up your alley. Brilliant! Why doesn't Square Enix make em like this anymore?
