If you're too close to the TV you're gonna have a bad time. The 4K resolution is so magnificent that it'll hurt your eyes if you have the TV in a small room or if you are within 1-5 ft of the TV. But from a distance it's the closest thing to perfection and we did our research for two months on every TV on the market. This was our first choice.

DirecTV compatible?
Will this TV work with DirecTV?
It works unbelievably well with Direct TV. I used to have cable and the resolution sucked on our curved TV. For some reason, switching from cable to DTV made an enormous difference.
