It actually worked out of the box. Ours was damaged upon arrival and Best Buy didn't have any of this model coming back in stock anytime soon, so we ended up getting it even cheaper at Walmart.
Ours had a bent bottom, which wouldn't allow the door to close properly and safely. Even our model from Walmart has a slight wobble to its stance. For that, i give it a 3 star.
