The kids love it, hence the 4 stars. Why not 5? Well, mostly because I feel Disney has really left a lot to be desired with all of these new animated shows, which they seem to pump out like a factory. The quality of the animation is decent, it just seems like Disney is putting these out not to entertain as much as make a killing off of kids begging their parents to buy these DVDs and merchandise.

For reasons unbeknownst to me, my child LOVES Peppa Pig. I don't get it, but whatever.
This DVD has quite a few episodes, and my son likes watching them on repeat. My daughter who is just shy of 2, also enjoys watching it while it plays in our van. If you have kids under 5 and want some cheap entertainment, this is the DVD for you.

This game is a technical marvel! The fact that the publisher/developer were able to port this game to the Switch and have it run as well as it does on the system is amazing, and speaks both to Bethesda's quality programming as well as the power of the Switch.
While the game does not look as good as it does on the PC or the Xbox One / PS4, the game on the Switch is PORTABLE, and it still looks and plays amazing.
If you are looking for a worthwhile FPS on the Switch, look no further. I can't speak to the multiplayer, but the single player is well worth the purchase.

Great, Open World Game

I picked this game up, and due to many pre-release reviews was a little concerned. The pre-release reviews all gave the game high scores, but also talked about how much of a feminist icon Aloy may be considered in the future, and how the game was a huge win for feminists. On the flip side I saw some negative reviews that indicated that every male character in the game was written horribly, and this game was a "feminist hit piece."
I saw none of that. Aloy is a strongly written character, but there is nothing "feminist" about her. Likewise, there were strongly written male characters in the game. There was no political agenda present in the game at all!
The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is top notch, and the controls are tight. Most of all though, the story was extremely well written. The game was long enough to make me realize that I spent my money well, and there was a ton of extra content and side quests to spend even more time on the game if I wished without feeling like it was meaningless.
If possible, play the game on a Playstation 4 Pro, because this title is an absolute graphical marvel to behold in 4k.

It's Call of Duty (Halo Edition)

I really wanted to like this game. I've been a huge fan ever since the first game and have been invested in the story since the very beginning. I loved the slow, plodding pace of Halo as a shooter. It required you to make deliberate actions.
Unfortunately since being handed off to 343, they have turned Halo into just another (lackluster) Call of Duty Clone. This game is now Call of Duty with shields, which is a shame because the new mode Warzone is actually pretty decent. The multiplayer not only feels more like Call of Duty and not a traditional Halo game, but it also throws out many of the fun things that made Halo multiplayer fun in the first place.
The single player campaign also leaves a lot to be desired. There are some spots in the game that are breathtaking in the scale of what is going on, but the story line itself is not only utterly ridiculous, but serves absolutely no purpose.
Also, Halo 4 and 5 have both ignored some factions of the Covenant completely. What happened to the Prophets? The Brutes? It's like 343 just erased them from existence in the Halo universe. The Flood is also still out there (though the Gravemind was destroyed the Flood would eventually create a new one). There is so much they could have done with this storyline, yet they opt to use an extremely horrible and uninspired choice for the villain.
Save yourself the money, and read about everything that happens in Halo 5 online. It should take you literally 30 seconds to read about what happens in the game. I mean, there are three missions that each take 45 seconds to complete. I'm not joking.
