This works great for stationary mounting to music stands, mic stands, instruments, etc.
I don't recommend use in vehicle, helmet or other moving situations as any vibration/side-to-side movement is amplified by the arm. This can cause more movement than the camera's stabilization can compensate for.

Hardware good, software awful

The hardware is great. I would have given 4 stars if there was better software. The horrible software makes it much more difficult than it should be to retrieve and process the images/videos captured.
