I really liked Blade Runner when I was a kid, (although I had to get to a certain age before I really understood it). When I heard they were making a sequel I was a bit leery. Thankfully this movie is pretty darn good. They definitely did a good job of recreating the feel and look of the first film. Even the music is similar.
The movie is a bit long and the ending is somewhat unsatisfying but this is definitely a worthy continuation of the story.
The Blu-ray has excellent picture quality and sound.

Decent sound but ended up returning

I bought this for my wife because she listens to music on her tiny phone speaker while she's cooking dinner and it drives me nuts. I listened to quite a few streaming devices and they all tend to prize small size over sound quality. The Sonos is quite large but there is just no way you can get decent bass response from a small speaker. It's simple physics.
I bought the Sonos and had it working fairly easily but we quickly discovered that you need a Premium Spotify account for it to work and it doesn't work with Radio.com at all. Unfortunately since these are the 2 main services she uses it ended up being a deal breaker and we ended up returning it.

The best of the horrible Wolverine series

As a long time Wolverine fan, (I read the X-men comics for years when I was a kid in the 80's), I've never liked the way he was portrayed in the movies. He's just never been done right. Although this one is very dark and they finally give Logan the R rating he deserves it's still a pretty lame movie. There is not much of an explanation as to how the X-men all died, (movie version different than the comic). I would have appreciated a short flashback of this pivotal moment.
They totally changed X-23's story and made it stupid. About the only good thing I can say about the movie is they made it nice and gory. Logan cuts off limbs and shoves his claws through many a head. It's just a shame that Hollywood never managed to make a decent movie with this iconic character. I would say that this is the best Wolverine movie..................................... but that isn't saying much.

I bought this keyboard for use with my Nvidia Shield when using Kodi. It gets bothersome when you're entering in URL address character by character with the on screen keyboard. This one works fine and is a decent size, (I found using a full size keyboard to be too cumbersome when I'm lying on the couch and just need to type something in real quick), but ultimately it's downfall is the lack of a mouse pad. You really need to be able to move your cursor around the screen at times and I found certain sites just didn't work at all when you tried to just hit return a bunch of times to navigate around the screen.
So I ended up returning the keyboard because I really needed one with a mousepad.

I've used many different smart watches and fitness trackers. So far they never seem to be the best of both worlds. Smart watches seem to have fitness tracking added to them but don't do that very well. Fitness trackers that have smart watch functions don't seem to do that very well. The Gear S3 isn't perfect but so far seems to be the best of the smart watches with fitness functions.
I don't do any running but I do a lot of weight lifting so I need a device that tracks heart rate to get a good gauge of calories burned during my workouts. The S3 does this pretty well. Unfortunately there isn't a "weightlifting" program included in the watch and if you use the default "dynamic workout" setting it doesn't measure heart rate for some reason. So I set the watch on "cycling" when I'm working out. Kind of strange but it works for me.
The watch has a nice big face that makes reading texts and other notifications easy. It is heavier and larger than the S2 but for some reason doesn't bother me on the wrist like the S2 did. I can wear it all day and sleep with it to use the alarm feature without many issues.
So far the battery life is much better than the S2. I could barely get a day's use out of the S2 but with the S3 a whole day's use including a workout while playing music from the watch will drain my batter about 30%. Not bad at all. I believe I could go about 2 full days on a single charge. But what I find myself doing is getting up in the morning, putting the watch on the charger and by the time I'm done getting ready for work it's back up to 100%.
Samsung Pay works well also but to use that feature you have to set an unlock code for the screen and I didn't want to bother with that every time I wanted to use the watch so I just leave it off.
About the only thing that annoys me about the watch is that Samsung says that it is water resistant yet they tell you not to wear it in the shower. I guess there's an issue with steam maybe?
Bottom line is that the S3 looks to be the smart watch that I will stick with for a while.

I have used quite a few fitness trackers and this is the one I have stuck with currently. I wear it loose because I don't like to feel something on my wrist. I use this primarily for tracking my heart rate while lifting weights. While doing this I simply push the tracker up on my arm a little bit so that my lifting gloves that have built in wrist wraps hold the tracker in place.
The A360 does pretty much everything I want it to do. My only gripes are that the screen is pretty lo-res and when you get messages on the screen there isn't enough space so that words often wrap around and tend to not make sense. Also once you've received a message there's no way to go back and look at it so you better make you got the information you needed. Once it's gone it's gone.
I really like that it's water resistant. A tracker that you have to take off an on every time you take a shower or wash the dishes is pretty much pointless. You hear that Fitbit?!?!?
I was worried about the clasp but it stays closed pretty well. I've only had it pop open a few times like when brushed against the band roughly. But never enough to where it fell off my wrist.

Great keyboard for the price

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy View tablet to use as a PC and needed a keyboard to go with it. I originally tried a Logitech keyboard that was $70 but didn't come with a mouse. I found that I really missed having a mouse so the Logitech went back. This keyboard was a fraction of the cost of the Logitech and worked just fine. It connected to the View right out of the box with no issues. The only complaints I had with it were that the cursor was HUGE, like this giant 1" long arrow on the screen. Also it was a bit of a pain to have to remember to turn the keyboard on and off with the switch under the mouse but what else can you do? Other than that the keyboard did exactly what it was supposed to do and the price was great.

Not water resistant is a deal breaker

I've tried quite a few fitness trackers, most recently the Polar Loop and Loop 2, Garmin Vivosmart and Vivosmart HR. I liked the Loop but the lack of vibration pushed me towards the Vivosmart. The Vivosmart looked great and worked well but the screen kept going out. I returned it 3 times. The Vivosmart HR worked well but I didn't like the looks of it. So I decided to try the Fitbit. The Alta looks great and works well but I missed having a heart rate monitor. I actually prefer to use the chest trap type of monitor as the wrist based ones aren't as accurate and they tend to slide down your wrist during cardio like jogging. But I ended up returning the Alta because it isn't water resistant. Fitbit recommends that you do not shower with it on. To me that is a complete deal breaker. The point of a fitness tracker is to wear it 24/7 and if I have to be worried about getting the thing wet while washing the dishes or taking a shower then that makes it pointless.

Not a bad Bond movie but not great either. Not really sure what was missing with this one but I never felt "on the edge of my seat". I'd put this one around the middle of the Bond catalog. Too bad it's Craig's last outing as the titular character. About the best part for me was seeing where Blofeld got his trademark scar.
