After looking at reviews of televisions in my price range and needed size, I considered similarly rated Samsung and Sony televisions. I looked at both types at a Best Buy store, the Sony looked best to me so I purchased it. It has been working fine here at home. It was easy to set up; that is, the controls are easy to follow. I'm happy.
