Purchased in May of 2017, have been using siince without any episodes or issues. Seems to be fast with programs that are opened and multiple windows open. Like the idea of a solid state hard drive. For the amount of $ that I spent, it should have come with at least a year of Webroot security instead of the 6 month term. Folks @ Best Buy recommend webroot over top of Norton and McAfee. Hope it lasts for many years!! Should have also included Microsoft office lifetime software and it did NOT. Had to buy that separately for an additional fee. That was not cheap either.

Trac phone Sometimes dials arbitrarily while in your pocket without tuching it or even opening the phone. Not very user friendly. Does not always have a great signal. Was recommended by Trac phone personnel. When calling Trac phone , 99% of the time you speak to someone that you can NOT understand. What ever happened to communication in plain english with great communication skills ?

Bought this item as a gift. Expensive for what you get. Used coupon that I gained through making other purchases. Have to pay a fee for Sony Playstation 4 to have access to online gaming with others. Should be less expensive based on actual cost to make such a program and manufacture it.

What are the options, Microsoft has the edge on the market and for software programs, what choices do you really have? Needed this for software programs to install on a computer. This should be free when you buy any new computer. Why doesn't the computer manufacturers have this already loaded on all new computers for free?
