The case here is absolutely a must have; there is space for the games inside and a stylus holder (that could use improvement) and moreover it is extremely durable and well made.

So I love this game because it is educational; however, my daughter rarely wants to use it and prefers other cartridges for the leap pad. When I sat with her once to try and show her how it seemed a touch too old for her to navigate (she is 3).

My 3 year old daughter LOVES her leap pad! I barely took it out of the box and handed it to her and she began exploring the intuitive touch screen. She can take picture, draw, and there are a ton of educational games that are helping her to read and write.
