Better than the Asus Chromebook in terms of screen size, Gorilla glass screen, full size HDMI port, and not soft aluminum. Developer Mode can lag at times. I would not recommend buying one for purposes of going into Developer Mode to run Android apps.

Terrible experience. Apps freeze, slow response. HDMI connection doesn’t display a full picture. Power button is too recessed and is a pain in the butt. Tablet is thick and would be OK if it performed better. I was really looking forward to this device as a replacement for my old Nexus 7, but it is not an improvement. Glad I didn't waste money on the stylus.

I thought this would allow my TV to be a wireless monitor. I tried it with my laptop (i7 12GB RAM), Surface 3 and my Note 4 (failed miserably even after updates) and it displayed video in such a choppy fashion. I have an AC router and it didn't matter. I got it because playing from Chrome to Chromecast was choppy, but not this choppy. Get a Chromecast and never buy this.

This is a great portable computer, but is over priced for only having 2gb of RAM. It works fine after you remove the McAfee and put Windows 10 on it. I don't know why they can't install Windows 10 like Dell does. You need a flash drive of 32gb to update it to Windows 10.

No and the subscription allowed me to get it for my laptop too.
