I have been using the screen shield and I have marked it up because I've banged it a few times on a treadmill. The glass underneath is like new. So it does the job. I gave it a 4 because the install is not easy in my opinion.

I purchased the watch for weight loss. I use the "Lose It" app to track calories consumed, and I use the "built in" "activity" and "workout apps to track how many calories I burn. Has been a huge help and really works. The workout app is pretty accurate. The battery does need to charge every night in order for me to use it every day but it's not a big deal.

Is this product water proof? I know the watch is to an extent, just wondering if i can wear it in the shower and not worry about it coming off.
It is water resistant. I watched a youtube of someone wearing it in the shower and the watch was fine however I wouldn't do it. Pressurized water hitting the watch can possibly force it's way in. I have washed dishes with it on but that is as far as I've pushed it.
