We previously bought the phone/answering machine and 2 handsets that go with this and were so happy with them that we wanted more handsets. Great phone! Clear sound, with multiple choices for volume and sound quality. And one of the best features is that we can listen to and/or delete answering messages from any of the handsets in any room. All info, such as directory list, is automatically entered on all phones at once. What a time saver!

I am happy with this phone system. The easy to read caller info, the large buttons, the volume choices are perfect for those of us who are getting on in years. It was easy to set up, I like the expandable feature. But I really like the fact that once a directory is entered in one handset, it is in all handsets.

I know there are knock off ink products available and even refurbished cartridges, but I have found that a printer lasts longer if I use the brand name products only. So I was very happy to find this at a very very reasonable price. My only gltch in the sale was calling customer service to get the expiration date prior to purchase and the person on the phone could not find the date. Took a chance anyway and am very happy with my purchase!
