Pros - better battery life vs original series - faster processor - GPS enabled - Waterproof
Cons - shorter cable on the charger than what came with the original apple watch - slightly thicker, measurable not really noticeable
Other Thoughts
Overall this is a great watch, the original depreciated really bad as a result of this upgrade though so if you're looking to sell an original series apple watch and get this one you won't get much for your old one, I know I didn't.
The GPS seems to be really solid and accurate. I've taken the watch on several runs through wooded areas and got a very accurate track with accurate distance. Certainly did a lot better than my Nike+ Sport Watch on the same trail.
The water ejection from the speaker does work well. Even though they didn't really advertise the original as being waterproof, I wore it in the shower all the time and never had any issues so the "waterproof" upgrade isn't that big of a deal for me.
The screen brightness is noticeable but really only in broad daylight. The speed difference is noticeable. I've tested this watch side by side with an original and it is faster at loading apps and things. Don't expect it to be perfect though, some things still take time to load, I'm guessing because anything that needs an internet connection has to run through your phone. I really wish they would have it prefer WiFi when available over your phone, I think it would give it a faster overall experience.

Pro's - Cloth style tip instead of rubber slides better on screen - Sturdy Construction
Con's - None
Other Thoughts For the price, you really can't go wrong. None of the stylus's available really work amazingly well on the iPad because it's touch screen isn't designed for use with a stylus. It was designed for finger input alone. With that in mind, this one is certainly better than some of the other similarly priced options.

Pro's - Suction cup is stickier than most which allows it to work on surfaces other than glass - Good range of motion and adjustment - If the suction cup gets dirty you can clean it with water and a microfiber towel to make it sticky again - Uses a magnet to hold your phone in place
Con's - While it does stick to surfaces other than glass if they are not perfectly clean it can fall off - If you don't have a case on your phone that the metal plate can go in, their solution is to use adhesive to stick a medal plate to your phone
Other Thoughts As far as universal window mounts go, this one is better than most. I like that you don't have to fight with adjustable clamps or anything. The suction cup is handy because it's made out of a sticky material so it will work on most dashboards. It's a little expensive for what it is, but that's kind of how all of these things are.

Pros - Excellent battery life - Good form factor - Beautiful display - Light weight Cons - Lack of ports - Processor is slower than the MacBook Air, it is noticeable
Other Thoughts
This is a great ultra portable laptop, I'm a big fan, but the lack of ports and the need to buy expensive adapters is annoying. I understand that that was the only way to make it this thin. The keyboard does take some getting used to but at this point I like it. It does seem a little expensive for what you get and if it weren't for the display I'd say that the Macbook Air is a better value for money.
