Just place the phone on top of the charger and like magic the phone starts charging ! No cable to insert into phone. The charger does seem like it s less powerful and take a little longer to charger. But, so what ? If your not in a hurry it doesn't matter. The convenience in my opinion outweighs the extra time need to charge.
