I have a logitech harmony 900 and it's about 3 years old. I didn't feel this technology is very dated but there have been at least 2 newer versions released to my knowledge. The Geek Squad agent had multiple issues getting the programing to execute and sync properly. It wasn't on his end, it seemed to be more of the software issues from the vendor. I had a follow up appointment yesterday at no charge to check in and ensure it's working properly. The impressive aspect was the determination, patience, and time spent to get it working properly. Initially I was looking at expensive swivel and tilt mounts that were in the range of $200-$350. While I was purchasing a new TV, receiver, and Geek Squad services, the sales rep recommended this unit as it would save me $ and work just as well for my needs. It does NOT swivel but the tilt was what I was needing. Works great- in particular if you have a passive 3D TV and can have better experience tilting it down slightly if your TV is mounted above eye level as ours is.
