New screen
I paid to have my screen cover put on by best buy. It now has a tear in it, so can I take it in to best buy to have them place a new one on or do I have to go through Zagg directly? I was under the impression I could take it in to the store and they'd put a new one on for me at no charge if anything happened to my existing one.
It would be better to just send the product back to Zagg directly. That'll way you'll avoid all extras.
