I purchased a MacBook Pro with only 128 SSD which I had to be careful with concerning drive space, even after that only had 60 gigs left with just 3 months of usage. This 2016 model was on sale (thanks SlickDeals) and I had some Best Buy points so only paid $770 after taxes, this was a great deal, plus it has a 256 SSD. I bought this expecting it to be super slow compared to the 2017 MacBook Pro but honestly really not that much of a difference when web surfing or doing school work (computer networking) and ended up selling the MacBook Pro on eBay.
Now with all that said I'm fully aware that developers, scientist, video editors will not be satisfied with a MacBook that has a M3 cpu but that is not the case for me since I use it for class work and travel, so perfect for my situation.

In a nutshell. the best premium laptops on the market currently are this and the Microsoft Surface laptop (although long reliability is still questionable as of yet for the Surface laptop), with that said, I leaning towards the Surface since I'm more familiar with Windows but based on research that showed how easy it is to convert to OS X (Apple Migrant Software) and Windows software like Google Drive, OneDrive and Office 365 works perfect on a Mac. This was a no brainer especially with sale and students discount,
since I mainly work in the cloud the small 128 gig SSD was not an issue and currently have 90 gigs of space open with all the apps I need for school and work installed.

I been through many Windows laptop over the years and can tell you even some of other top ones like the Dell XPS, HP 360, Asus Zenbook will have some issues with quality over time, check the support forums. This is the main reason I joined the dark side and finally got an Apple product. How do I know this? Because I write long term reviews on my blog and YouTube, I post that info but I'm sure BB would not allow that shameless plug :)

This is OK but I returned it due slow fingerprint reading, underwhelming battery life, Slow web browsing (I'm sure not offering AC Wifi is a factor).
One good thing is if your on T-Mobile the call quality is fantastic (recent upgrade optimized it) but I can't forgive those negatives when plenty of $150-$200 phones don't have those issues.

Even use it with a Logitech keyboard at college (no longer need to bring my laptop) for light note taking and research plus great for travel, very glad that BB put these on sale for a more realistic price.

Based on the positive reviews I'm expecting good auto focus and video out the gate but my Nexus 5x has better auto focus and sometimes takes better picture due to this. As far as video it's good quality but in mov (QuickTime format) this is format from back in 90' 2000 era's, mp4 is pretty much the standard format, so I have to convert all of recorded videos which is an inconvenience. I wish I researched this product a bit more because definitely wanted a camera that took better shoots than my current phone and some things that I assumed would be standard like having Wifi, so pictures automatically go to your phone are not on this model :(
Still a good basic camera but if you have phone with a good camera then I would avoid this one.

I was little worried at first since I heard something moving around inside monitor when I unboxed it, but had it a month now and all seems good. The only thing I noticed is the colors seem a little off when using a HDMI cable (been too lazy to calibrate it). This is choice for a dual monitor setup and at the time was the best bargain on monitors.

Got on sale for $449 (not sure if this was advertised? maybe just for Elite members)
Upgraded it with SSD, RAM and AMD R7 240 vid card very easily, 350v PSU btw, so very capable system now that can handle coding, media encoding, virtual machines and games City Skylines, Civ 5, Call of Arms, Tropico 5 like with ease, Even the new Doom demo in high settings :)
Yes a very good machine so far especially when upgraded and have not experience any of the problems others have stated in their reviews
