The product is OK. Very clear. You almost don't even know that it's on. I had it installed by a professional at Best Buy who installed it off center, so as a result the case made the left edge lift off. Luckily, Zagg has a good replacement policy, and sent another screen protector. I wonder if Best Buy would install the replacement for free since the need for the replacement is a direct result of the incorrect installation.

Great keyboard but not durable

I'm on my third keyboard now. Two other people in my office have this keyboard and are on their second one. After a year or so Keys may start to malfunction. Doesn't respond or double clicks when you press it. When My first one broke I returned it for free replacement. When it broke again I just went out and bought another one. I'm going to stay with this keyboard because it has such a great feel and is ergonomically comfortable for extended typing.

I've been through a lot of styluses. Not even come close to what this pencil feels like. A little slippery to hold but I just added a small grip and it works perfectly. Finally taking notes on my iPad is realistically a practical use of the iPad. I don't use yellow pads anymore.

How do I get a replacement Zagg product?
I bought the Zagg product to protect my iPad - it now has multiple scratches on it - what do I need to do to get this replaced by Best Buy - which is where I purchased it. I do have the package it came in as well as the receipt. Any assistance or direction you can give me is greatly appreciated.
Just take it down and they will replace for a service fee. Lifetime warranty so you don't need a receipt to prove the purchase date to establish it is still under warranty.
