I purchased these in the store, and immediately loved the sound quality. They also stay secure in my ears better than most ear buds I've used in the past. I've used them in the gym and running 5K's, and they worked great. I had some trouble initially with the battery, but quickly determined it was a bad battery and not the norm. I contacted Plantronics, and they immediately sent me a replacement and now the battery lasts seemingly forever! Clearly the first pair was a fluke, and it can happen. Customer service from Plantronics was fantastic. I use these so often for long workouts, and the battery easily lasts me all week (4-6 workouts a week). I charge it on the weekend so I never run into a dead battery, but I've done it out of maintenance rather than necessity. I have yet to have it fail on me. Highly recommend this product.

I've had this now for several months and I really love it. It tracks so much more than my old Fitbits did, with a lot more options. Having the music right on it makes going to the gym so much easier. I don't have to carry an ipod around with me. I use it to time my intervals, and I like the voice updates telling me I'm halfway to goal, or almost there. You can turn them off if you don't like the interruptions. I like having the weather right there, and a lot of metrics easily tracked. I also like that I can see who is calling or texting me, and send a quick pre-programmed response without stopping my workout. When at the gym sometimes I'm too far from the locker for it to work, but a quick walk past the locker room picks up anything missed.
Cons would be the battery sucks. All prior reviews saying that are dead on. With heavy usage I only get about a day and a half. However, it charges really fast. I put it on the charger when I take a shower, or am standing at the bathroom sink getting ready in the morning, and it's charged when I'm done. The only other con is it runs with several apps linked, where Fitbit just has 1 app that does everything. I'd rather have it all in one place, but it was a small thing to get used to and not a deal breaker for me. The sleek design is much better than the smart watches that are just huge and square and I have no need for half of what they do. It's winter, so I haven't used mine to swim yet, but I've showered in it no problem. Overall, I recommend as long as you don't mind popping it on the charger once a day you'll be fine. It does much more than my fitbits ever did, and addresses a lot of things I felt they lacked. I'm really happy with it.

I purchased this for my son's birthday (10). He's experienced with my expensive DSLR and wanted a smaller camera of his own. I chose this because he loves the water, and it's impact resistant, and I love Nikon. He's good, but he's a 10 yr old boy. I am so happy with this purchase. He's had it about 4 months now, and through one vacation, and it's been perfect. The pictures and videos are great quality. No issue with the seals leaking. He is meticulous about keeping it clean after each use, so I'm sure that helps. It's size makes it ideal for him to take with him to places without it being bulky. He's taken pictures in lakes, pools, ponds (he likes to video while he's fishing), you name it. It was easy for him to learn how to use and to care for. It's gotten more use in the last 4 months than most cameras get in a year (he's my son, it rubbed off). It's also seen action almost like a GoPro, but has held up beautifully. I'm thrilled with this buy so far.

Probably an ignorant question, but can the batteries be changed in these ? I'm thinking the battery life probably ends after about a year. Also thinking about long trips with no access to a USB port, having an extra battery would be nice.
The battery is chargeable. My first pair had a bad battery, but Plantronics was fantastic and shipped out a replacement pair immediately. The new pair has a very long lasting battery. I use them all week for 4-6 workouts, often very long ones, and they never even get low on the battery. I've charged them on weekends for maintenance so they're ready to go, but never had to do it out of necessity. They charge very quickly, so the battery is ready to go.

Sorry for the newb question (because I am a total newb when it comes to smart watches), but can you put apps like spotify to stream music on the watch? I like to listen to music while I work out. :)
I believe it links with spotify automatically out of the box. If you don't use that you can load music onto it using Samsung music, which is what I do. It holds a lot of music on it, and I have several playlists saved on mine. It's so great not having to carry around an ipod. It's all right there on your wrist. The music feature was a big selling point for me, and one of the main things I love about this device.
